Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By visiting our lakeside cafe, entering our contests, or booking a Ferris wheel experience, you agree to the practices described here.
When you register for a fishing reel contest, book a Ferris wheel ride, or visit our cafe, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number and any dietary preferences for our meat, fish and sweets competitions. We also collect basic technical data like your browser type and the pages you view, so we can improve the site.
We use sensible, industry-standard measures to protect your information. We only keep what we need, for as long as we need it, and we never sell your details to anyone.
We use a small number of cookies to remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings at any time.
You can ask to see, update or delete the personal information we hold about you whenever you like. Just get in touch and we'll be glad to help.
If you have any questions about this policy, please reach out through our contact page and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
